Meet the team
Aurelio De Santis
Aurelio cultivated a passion for real estate in his youth, greatly influenced by impressive and unique designs found in Harkaway and surrounding suburbs.
He gained construction and design experience working in a family renovating business. With a desire to build from the ground up instead, he soon struck out on his own.
Aurie gained his building licence and more experience working for a high volume builder prior to establishing Grab Property. Grab Property is an expression of his passion; a boutique property development/construction firm in the Bayside area. He has completed many successful developments and is always looking for the next challenge.
Jackie De Santis
Jackie grew up involved with the property industry, with her father working as a builder. She began her professional career in the travel industry for South America Travel Centre before moving into Real Estate.
Jackie’s specialty was marketing boutique apartments in the exclusive St Kilda area. Jackie left Real Estate to assist Aurie with establishing Grab Property Group. Jackie was chiefly tasked with handling Grab Property’s accounts, marketing and sales.
Jackie is consumed with passion for interacting with clients and helping them realise their property dreams. Jackie is always up for a coffee and a chat with people who are as excited about property as she is.
Tom Collett
Tom worked as a contract carpenter for Grab with his brother Glenn back in 2012. Looking for something more permanent he gained further experience in Project Management through roles with a number of other high-end Melbourne Builders.
When it came to putting someone new on to assist Aurie and Glenn with the growing workload it was a no brainer as to who to ask first and we're thrilled he decided to come on board with us as a full time Project Manager.
Glenn Collett
After working as a contractor for Grab Property Group for a number of years, Glenn joined the team full time as Head Project Manager in 2016. It didn’t take long for Glenn to make an impact.
Professionalism to a tee, great creativity and never without a smile, Glenn is a true asset to the growing Grab Property team.
